After Djongri-la view point, while every VIP parkage trekkers were proceeding `upwards´ to their next destination, it was indeed the end of our adventure. For our budget trip, the farther possible `upward´ is Djongri. So, it was time for us to head back down to Tsokha. Before we left, we shared once more the wonderful VIP breakfast with our fellow trekkers Celine and Pratik, who generously invited us and once again we had endless chit chats and laugh.

These meals certainly mean a lot to us…

Then goodbye came and we were heading down… On our way down, the beautiful platform where we stopped over the day before enjoying the quiet landscape, was now crowded with big trekker groups. Plastic chairs and tables were set up to facilitate them. It felt more like a sightseeing spot where tourists wonders around taking pictures everyway.

So, we decided to skip the stopover and proceed with our journey quietly but sadly. Further down the path, more trekker groups coming up and we frequently had to step a side to give way for the passing yaks and horses and potters and of course the trekkers. Tons of holes on the paths as well as the poos from the animals…
